PRICING
Prices are inclusive of taxes, but not any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice. Also note: we levy 15% extra charges for sizes bigger than XL. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the site. Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Shipping and Returns section for further assistance.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of suchcancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
All of Dhruv Vaish orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Delhi, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Dhruv Vaish takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and
settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
Above is not applicable for USA. Orders from USA are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) mode.

CANCELLATION BY US
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitation on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications
or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

CANCELATION BY THE USER
We shall not be able to process a cancellation once the order has been placed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order at our sole discretion, if the goods have not yet been shipped. To cancel a purchase made, please write to us at vaishdesigns@gmail.com or call our customer service desk on +918287000645 between 11am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday (except National/Public Holidays). Cancellations requests should be sent within 12 hours of purchase or we would be unable to entertain any cancellations. Please note that on any refunds if agreed by us, an amount of 2% will be charged from the total amount in case of Domestic Transactions and an amount of 3% will be charged from the total amount in case of International Transactions.

SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE
All of Dhruv Vaish products are handcrafted. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

By visiting dhruvvaish.com, you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the South Delhi District Court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these. Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and dhruvvaish.com or its affiliates.

DISPUTES
If any dispute arises between you and the firm during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Firm. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
