DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all over India from our New Delhi office via courier free of charge. Once your
item has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-4 working days*.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once
we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained
barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be
exclusively at the discretion of dhruvvaish.com.
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of
credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
A product once delivered cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the

Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Dhruv Vaish, if there is a product defect for which we are
responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two week’s time. Once your

quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we
will re-make the item you purchased.

ALTERATIONS
If you have placed an order with a customized size and it doesn’t fit you as per your requirement we can offer to
alter it for a perfect fit. You can send us an email at vaishdesigns@gmail.com in case of sizing issue. Depending onwhere you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you
